Bishop McIntyre received his Elder's ordinations in 1982 under the Churches of God in Christ. Bishop McIntyre received a Doctorate of Divinity in 1990 Under Calvary Grace. In 1991 He received his Bishop's Installation. He has conducted seminars from 1997 until the present to help church growth. The seminars include: Church Leadership, Marriage Seminars, Activating Financial Blessings, The Spiritually Healthy Believer, Rewards of a Renewed Soul, Six Signs of a Healthy Impacting Church. Bishop McIntyre has been in full time ministry which includes traveling for the purpose of training Pastors and church leaders for effective ministries, which includes teaching churches about clear vision. Bishop McIntyre believes there is power in clear ministry vision. It is critical that a church advances together in unity of mind, spirit and purpose. It is the fuel that sustains a fire in the hearts of the body, and it leaves no space for the spirit of division as to where the church is going. In his travels, it has been discovered that many have no idea of true vision. He and his wife operate the counseling program, "Project Hope Christian Counseling", where counseling is done on a daily basis.
