There's nothing new in this book, but what's here is 100 percent useful. Joyce Vedral recounts her personal bouts with weight loss and says she found a permanent solution when she started eating a high-carbohydrate, low-fat diet. By not starving herself and by incorporating lots of exercise, including weight training, she was able to get buff and stay that way well into her 50s.
