They are often long on egos and short on lessons. This is a different kind of business book - created with collaboration. Its content flows from dialogues between David Koch, the retired CEO and Chairman of Graco, Inc., a Minnesota-based publicly-traded company, and a smart, energetic group of seven MBA students in their final year at the University of St. Thomas.
