The shift from the more mundane tasks to the increasingly difficult ones is a bit abrupt, but Scott is adept at explaining even the most difficult concepts. The best sections explain how to work with e-mails, faxes, and linked documents--the features GoldMine users will most take advantage of. As far as contact managers are concerned, GoldMine is one of the more intuitive programs available for novices.
