Hilda loves being a member of the Sparrow Scouts – they are all about fun, challenges and adventure, and so is she! Hilda is sure that her method of earning badges is effective, if a little different to her friends… there are just a lot of rules and regulations to get used to. In Hilda's Sparrow Scout Summer Camp it's time for the Sparrow Scouts to pack up and leave the city for a few days. As Hilda camps with her new friends, she enjoys plenty of outdoor exploits and mishaps. We experience outdoor cooking (with and without considering taste-buds…) and get top tips for general survival. We learn all about the existing badge system and Hilda's proposals for new Sparrow Scout badges, as well as Hilda's sketches for dens, tree-houses and bivouacs.
