Conrad Gallagher's Dublin restaurant, Peacock Alley, was awarded a Michelin star in 1998, making Conrad, then aged 27, the youngest chef to win this accolade. In 2002 he opened Traffic, which soon became one of the most fashionable bars and lounges in New York, and hosted many celebrity parties.
