The focus of the book is on therapy in neurologic disease; diagnosis and pathophysiology are discussed only so far as they affect treatment strategies and decisions. 17 new chapters have been added and virtually all other chapters have been assigned to new authors for fresh perspectives on the conditions discussed. The text includes treatment algorithms and lists of patient resources.
